Llucena stands out for the natural setting that surrounds the town centre. When visiting the town of Llucena, it is essential to take the natural path “Ruta dels Molins”, a magnificent walk at the bottom of the valley where the Llucena River runs, where there are numerous bathing areas for the summer season. The Interpretation Centre is located in the Town Hall with details of the history and nature of the route.
In addition to the natural path “Ruta dels Molins”, the municipality has many trails and paths for cycling or hiking. The routes along these paths, used by the race, are a delight for sports lovers, all at the foot of the “Gegant de Pedra”, the name given to Pico Peñagolosa (1,814m), the highest point in the province of Castellón.
